We are a small, boutique growth agency and we work exclusively with only a handful of clients every year, by invitation or referral only.

BD Americas is led by Ric Werner, a highly accomplished and well-respected American entrepreneur who has held marketing and sales leadership roles at Fortune 500 companies and startup ventures.
Ric knows what it takes to build long-term, profitable client growth on an international scale. He has generated hundreds of millions of dollars in new revenues and solid new client acquisition growth on behalf of notable Fortune 500 and Tech sector firms based in the United States, with deep expertise establishing relationships with C-level executives and key decision makers.

He has also led large marketing teams, worked with multimillion dollar marketing budgets across the entire media landscape, as well as managed numerous advertising and marketing agencies to reach and often exceed corporate B2C and B2B revenue objectives.

Ric is also a certified life & mindfulness coach, with his own private practice, as well as a motivational speaker, yoga instructor and an aspiring Hollywood screenwriter

Our compensation model is designed to create a strong partnership for success, with both parties fully invested in the partnership.

We work with you to customize a plan that directly addresses your current needs, adjusting along the way, as necessary to uncover and capitalize on new revenue growth opportunities.

Our approach is dynamic and flexible. All relationships we build with our clients are on a case-by-case basis. There is no cookie-cutter approach, as companies have different needs and resources.
Please note that our preference regarding who we work with is to be highly selective and for a very good reason. The vision that drives our growth and modus operandi is focused primarily on working with companies whose products truly excite and inspire us!
